The video starts with Steve wishing Sylvester happy birthday, but Sylvester suddenly doesn't remember that it is his birthday and Steve reminds him that they celebrated his birthday last year. Steve then checks on Gibson in the room he was in and he was just licking his paws and before Steve closes the door, Gibson says "Help!" and Steve tells him that he was fine and also tells him to stay in the room until the birthday cake is finished. When the birthday cake is finished (which was obviously just some wet cat food with a birthday candle in the middle), Steve blows out the candle and hands it to Sylvester. While Sylvester eats his "cake", Steve sings Happy Birthday to Sylvester and Gibson kept yelling "Help!" and Steve tells Sylvester to just ignore him. In the next scene, Shelby is wearing a birthday party hat (which was the same one next to Sylvester) and Steve tells her that she'll have some "cake" too as long that Sylvester doesn't eat it all, but he eats all of it anyway. Steve then lets out Gibson after yelling "Help!" for several minutes, when Gibson enters the same room as Steve and Sylvester, he proceeds to smell the cake from Sylvester and gets his tail in his face and still yells out "Help!". Steve tells Sylvester that he received a birthday package from drumwish2010, which Gibson interrupts Steve and Sylvester wants to open the present, but Steve thinks that he should wait but Sylvester wanted to do it now and Steve will hand over the present but he has to open it as it had lots of tape on it and Gibson still interrupts Steve when he was talking to Sylvester. In the next scene, Steve opens the package with a pocket knife due to the amount of tape and it turns out that package contained catnip. Steve shows Sylvester that he got catnip for his birthday and he places it on the sink, which Sylvester complains and Steve tells him that he barley just stopped withdrawing from catnip and he'll be able to have it in a couple of days. Sylvester kept begging Steve to give him the catnip until finally Sylvester attempts to clime up to the sink.
